This Cookies Policy is part of the Legal Notice and the Privacy Policy of Deronya Global. Its purpose is to inform you clearly about the use of cookies and local storage on the website www.deronya.com.
This is an English-language version of our Política de Cookies. The Spanish text is the legally controlling version under Spanish law.
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files that a website may store in your browser to remember information between visits. There are also similar technologies such as local storage (localStorage) or session storage (sessionStorage) which serve equivalent purposes.
2. What cookies do we use?
On www.deronya.com we do not use cookies in the strict sense. We also do not use:
- Tracking or analytics cookies (Google Analytics, etc.).
- Advertising or remarketing cookies (Meta Pixel, Google Ads, etc.).
- Social-media or third-party cookies.
What is stored on your device
The site stores a single entry in your browser's localStorage, for the technical purpose of remembering your preferred language across visits:

This entry is technical and strictly necessary for delivering the service in the language you choose; under Article 22.2 of the Spanish LSSI-CE, this does not require prior consent or a cookie banner.
The stored value remains exclusively local: it is never transmitted to Deronya Global or to any third party.
3. Links to external services
The site links to external services when you choose to use them:
- Google Maps: clicking "Get directions" opens Google Maps in a new tab. From that point, Google's Privacy Policy applies.
- WhatsApp: clicking the chat button opens WhatsApp with your account. WhatsApp's terms apply.
- Email client:
mailto:links open your default email client under its own conditions.
These integrations are direct links, not embedded scripts; while you browse www.deronya.com, no resources are loaded from Google or Meta, and no data is transmitted to those third parties.
4. How to delete local storage
You can delete the deronyaLang entry at any time via your browser settings:
- Chrome: Settings → Privacy and Security → Cookies and other site data → See all site data → search "deronya.com" → Delete.
- Firefox: Preferences → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data → Manage Data → search "deronya.com" → Remove.
- Safari: Preferences → Privacy → Manage Website Data → search "deronya.com" → Remove.
- Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions → Cookies and stored data → See all cookies and data → search "deronya.com" → Remove.
5. Future changes
If in the future we add tools that do use cookies (for example, a privacy-respecting analytics tool such as Plausible or Umami), we will update this Policy and, where applicable, display a banner to obtain your prior consent in line with AEPD guidelines.
