The Thunder TRX1 is the cross bar we recommend when someone wants a reliable, quiet and durable system without paying for unnecessary extras. We work with Thunder Carrier on production at their Tekirdağ plant and ship from our warehouse in Valencia.
The aerodynamic profile is the first thing you notice: at 120 km/h there's barely any whistle and fuel consumption stays close to driving without bars. Lockable end caps come standard, so your cargo (roof box, bikes, skis) is secured instantly. Construction combines aluminium bars with reinforced plastic brackets — a mix that prioritises lightness and corrosion resistance without giving up load capacity.
Rated for 85 kg dynamic and 275 kg static, enough for a roof tent, a full cargo box, or a road bike with a dedicated mount. Installation is DIY with a clear guide, and the collapsible design simplifies storage when you're not using it.
